- 1Open the LeadConnector app on your phone, or log in on your computer.
- 2Tap Conversations. New messages and puppy applications show up at the top.
- 3Tap the family's name to open their message.
- 4Pick how to reply ā Text or Email ā using the switch above the message box.
- 5Type your reply and tap Send. Try to reply within a few hours; families often reach out to more than one breeder.
- 6If they're a good fit, send them your calendar link so they can book a call.
