Step by step
- 1Decide which plan fits right now — Guided (you make updates) or Concierge (we make them for you).
- 2Schedule a tech call and tell us the plan you'd like to switch to.
- 3Tell us when you'd like the change to start — we'll line it up before your next billing date.
- 4Moving up to Concierge? Gather the photos and text you'd like us to update first.
- 5Moving down to Guided? No worries — you can always switch back later.
- 6We'll confirm by email once your new plan is live.
